2019

We have received funding in 2019 from three Charitable Trusts.  Two of whom have given for the specific project we proposed for enabling Talita Kum School to start raising money themselves in Colombia. This has funded a modest salary for 2 years for someone in Colombia to help the school with upgrading their administrative systems and begin to source funding from local institutions and charitable trusts.

We also received a donation of £2000.00 from another Charitable Trust for help with the school’s running costs.

2018

For the last 5 years we have been very fortunate to have received funds towards the running of the school from a Charitable Trust. We await permission to publish the name.
They have offered funding and advice to us and we are very grateful for their continuing generosity. The school would have closed but for their donations.

2017

In February 2017 we raised £960 on Just Giving – thank you to all who donated so generously.

Over the years Talita Kum School has been supported by friends of the founder, Roberto Martignago. The school would not have survived without their generosity.
